Xaralyn Nuoro – modern freestanding fireplace

Nuoro Surround is a modern freestanding fireplace from Dutch manufacturer Xaralyn, formerly called RubyFires. The fireplace does not require a chimney and can therefore be placed where you want it.

The fireplace is made of MDF and a grey composite materials. This gives the fireplace a nice concrete look and a low weight that makes it easy to move and install.

Choose a burner

You can choose between two different burners for this fireplace from Xaralyn. Choose whether you want it with a bioethanol burner or a Opti-myst burner.

The difference between the two is that a bioethanol burner creates real fire and an Opti-myst fireplace creates flame effects using water vapors and LED lights. See the specifications for the two different burners below:

Xaralyn 5820LB Bioethanol Burner

5820LB is a bioethanol burner developed and manufactured by Xaralyn themself and has the following specifications:

• 2.0 litres capacity
• Approx. 0.5 litres bioethanol usage per hour
• Approx. 3 kW heat output
• Safety glass for both sides of the fire is included
• Lighter and refuelling funnel is included
• No need for electricity

Cassette 600

Cassette 600 is an Opti-Myst burner developed and made by Dimplex. It creates a flame-effect using water vapours.

• Electricity usage is 200 Watt per hour
• Adjustable flame effect
• Remote control is included
• Needs an electricity connection
• Burntime of about 6-8 hours per filling of water

Installation of Xaralyn Lasize

At delivery, the fireplace will be almost completely assembled. You will only need to fit the included burner. This is done by simply placing the burner into the cutout in the fireplace. Before the fireplace is ready to use, the glass needs to be fitted to the bioethanol burner or the Opti-Myst burner needs to be connected to electricity.
