Exterior Frame For Foco 800

Outer frame for Foco One 800 and Foco Two 800 bio ethanol fires

The exterior frame is mounted on the Foco 800 inner frame, and provides a edge around the built-in fireplace.

If
you build your Foco One or Foco Two bio ethanol fireplace into an existing
wall, it can be difficult to get the perfect finish around the hole for the fireplace.
With this outer frame, you can easily hide the imperfections.

This frame is made from the same steel and with the same powder
coating, as the inner frame. The exterior frame itself has a width
of 5 cm all the way around and is 4 mm thick.

Mounting of the exterior frame

Assembly requires the following tools:

• Drill
• Metal Drill

Procedure:

1. Remove the safety glass and glass holders from the inner frame
2. Slide the exterior frame into the built-in frame.
3. The mounting holes at the bottom of the outer and inner frame should now match.
   
4. Attach the glass holders through both the exterior and the inner frame.
   
5. At the top of the inner frame, drill two holes that match the holes in the outer frame.
   
6. Now screw the outer frame through those holes, drilled in the inner frame and also in the wall.
